About

ProductiVardy is a podcast that explores the productivity realm, lifehacking and much more. In addition, it offers regular segments that go beyond interviewing those that are known in productivity circles, such as tips, tricks, product reviews and the occasional, unexpected audible treat for listeners. Put all of that together and you will see (and hear) that ProductiVardy is the productivity podcast with personality.

Oh, and each episode will clock in at no more than 22 minutes. Generally.

Mike Vardy is a writer, speaker, and “productivityist”.

He is currently a Managing Editor at Stepcase Lifehack, and  has contributed guest articles to several blogs in the productivity sphere as a result of his humourous work at the productivity parody site, Eventualism. He has also served as the editor of Work Awesome, the popular productivity/work-life balance blog, and Canada Editor at The Next Web, one of the world’s leading technology blogs. He has been mentioned in both local news and in the nationally-distributed newspaper The Globe and Mail for his work in the productivity consulting field.

As a podcaster, he also produced and hosted the podcast adjunct to Work Awesome and currently co-hosts Dyscultured – a weekly podcast and live stream with Anthony Marco, Andrew Currie and Shane Birley that that discusses (and dissects) technology and pop culture with a distinctively Canadian flavour. He has also made guest appearances on CBC Radio’s On The Island and the popular FourCast podcast on the TWiT network.

Mike lives in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada with his amazing wife, daughter and son. He is followable on Twitter and secretly so on Diaspora. You can ask him questions on Quora as well…if you must.
